-The property can sleep 4 adults comfortably. Not ideal for toddlers and young preschoolers but perfectly fine for older children, please contact us if you have a toddler or preschooler before booking -Pets: 1 small-medium dog older than 2 years and house trained. Anything else needs to be approved before booking. Main Floor Master bedroom with a tasteful design including a true king bed for maximum comfort to unwind, with a large closet, iron, hangers, and luggage rack. Across the hall is the modern bathroom with a beautiful partial frameless glass shower door and trendy tile, built in shelving for towels along with contemporary fixtures. The bathroom also has a separate heating register that can be used as needed for added warmth while showering on those crisp winter mornings. The Living and kitchen/dinning areas flow smoothly and boast a wide open concept surrounded by enormous windows all around that provide more than enough natural light with magnificent views of nature. Admire the modern kitchen design, including the enormous fully stocked eat-in island with large quartz counter tops, a huge stainless sink, and crafted cabinets filled with all the necessities needed for a comfortable stay. There are not one, but two sliding glass doors that lead to the large expansive deck for additional living space during the warmer seasons with a solo stove fire pit located on the deck. Loft Relax upstairs in the quiet and beautiful loft with a small study area and separate sitting area, enjoying the amazing views of nature through the large custom picture window. In addition, the large private oasis behind the sliding barn door is sure to perk your interest, with windows that take up almost 1 wall for desirable views of nature, including 1 very comfortable queen bed and 1 modern sofa bed that turns into a double bed, and a large closet with luggage rack and hangers. Basement There is an unfinished walkout basement with a new washer and steam dryer if needed during your stay, the walkout entrance is steps from the waterfront Outside: for maximum comfort at all times, there is a whole house automatic back up generator in case of a power outage, which is not uncommon near the mountains during wind, snow, and ice storms. Outdoor Sauna: The new outdoor barrel sauna features expansive glass on both sides, allowing you to immerse yourself in the serene beauty of nature more intimately while enjoying health benefits such as improved circulation, detoxification, and deep relaxation. Experience a refreshing escape that rejuvenates both body and spirit. Waterfront: Follow the short private path towards the dock and water, less than 100 feet. There is a storage shed adjacent to the water with a tandem kayak, solo fishing kayak, and paddles

Attractions You can also check out our Guidebook -The famous author, Stephen King, and family, own a sugarhouse steps from the property for turning sap into maple syrup, which is temporarily closed to the public. Pietree apple orchard is also owned by the family and is just down the road and will hopefully open to the public next season. - Beautiful Kezar Lake, where Stephen Kings beautiful lake house was located, is a personal favorite of ours on hot summer days, is only 8 miles from Camp Sweden, with the magnificent white mountains in the background. There is a really beautiful free public beach for swimming on town beach rd, pet friendly, along with private picnic sites at kezar Lake. You can also rent a boat right there at Kezer Lake Marina or eat lunch at Loons Nest Restaurant. -There are some great hikes nearby: Patterson hill lookout with beautiful views. We also love pleasant mountain trail in Bridgton views are amazing. -North Conway New Hampshire, located in the White Mountain National Forest, is only 21 miles away and is another favorite of ours. This is a very popular attraction known for its stunning natural beauty and outdoor activities, in the heart of the White Mountains offering hiking, skiing, and something for everyone! The Mount Washington Observatory Weather Discovery Center provides interactive exhibits about the science of climate and weather. There are many beautiful natural attractions in this area. North Conway also features quaint tax free shops, delicious dining options, and the Conway Scenic Railroad, a historic railway offering picturesque rides through the countryside. Whether you're an adventure enthusiast or a peace seeker, North Conway has something for everyone. -From Sweden where the property is located, to North Conway, our top favorite scenic drive, the majestic White Mountains stand tall and proud, their imposing presence all around the area, a constant reminder of the awe-inspiring power of nature. -The town of Fryeburg, which hosts one of the largest fairs around in the fall, is only 13 miles from the property, its such an amazing drive with the White Mountains in the background -Pleasant Mountain ski area (formerly Shawnee Peak) located in Bridgton, is 9.9 miles from property, just a short drive. Bridgton offers several restaurants, shops, hiking trails, and beautiful lakes (highland lake, long lake, moose pond). -Sunday River ski resort in Maine, has become a popular attraction for National and International skiers around the world, approximately 30 miles from the driveway. -At the property you can fish off our dock, paddle on the pond, hike nearby, cross country ski all around the property, downhill ski nearby, skate on the pond, snowshoe just about anywhere, or bring your atv/snowmobile to hit up local access to more than 60 miles of well maintained trails that lead you around the beautiful lakes and White Mountains, near the border of New Hampshire
